Poor signal & not receing some channels

I had made complain on the above subject on 15th Aug -08 . Since no technician turned up to taatend the complain I again made complain on 19th Aug (Comp no: 15123675). Even after repeated reminder to customer care of DISTV and the their franchides the complain has not been attened till this time i.e at 1815 hrs of 21st Aug -08. I may like to mention that I have paid the early subscription and have anual maintenanace contract also. It is just a fraud with customer that even after repeated request the complain has not been attended.
