LPG Cylinder not supply since last 20 days of booking

Last month dated on 23.05. I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Divyang Gas Agency, Jambua Tower, Indore (M.P.). My consumer number is 2866. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I called to ask them, they replied that person is not available at home, So, we were not gone anywhere and fully available at home, when i asked for 2nd time, than replied empty cylinder is not available. So, answered wrong, and behave is not proper, So, do the needful as soon as possible. please...
