Excess charge

This is a complaint against LG Dealer 'Guru Ji Electronics'

G-12A Plot No. 236/21, Maharaja Complex, Main Patel Road, New Delhi - 08

I have purchase a Glass tray for microwave mod Mo. 1742 on 18 Sept. 2008 from Guru Ji Electronics for 850/- . Which did not fit in Microwave. Then I called company service personal he fixed the new plate and now microwave is working perfactly alright the company charged Rs. 700/- which include plate cost (Rs. 400) and visiting charges (Rs. 300)

The shopkeeper charged excess amount from me. I tried to return plate but shopekeep refused to do so and Now he nieither returning the full amount nor returning the excess amount he charged. He had also refused to issue an Invoice. He had given receipt of amount on his pad only

Therefore I hereby do request you to take the required action for the same.
