DLF Express Greens Gurgaon
Project Status

I have booked a townhouse in Express greens gurgaon in october. So far I have not received the agreement copy signed by DLF and as per agreement, possessin will be given after 3 years of date of sign of agreement by DLF. DLF is going to delay the signing from their end and they won't start constructing before they sign the agreement. However, DLF will keep on asking for next installments as installments are time bound. Is there anything that can be done at this stage - Ashish
