Non Receipt of Credit card

I have applied for credit card on 1st week of Aug 08 vide Barclay card Appl numb 10080873482.I had received an sms on 21st Aug 08 stating that i will be receiving my card within 21days but nothing has been received so far please expedite the case and furnish the feed back to me at the earliest.
