Fraudulent allotment & delay in execution

Apatment: NGL022, DLF New Town Heights, sector 90, Manesar Gurgaon

The apartment was alloted in Feb 09 with 3 years completeion from date of Agreement but whole apartment cost is being taken from Application date i.e Feb agreement was sentn in August 08. The agreement is completely one sided.

The company is charging preferential allotment charge as well, though there is nothing like preferential allotment.

The company alloted apartment though it did not have license to book and kept on collecting time bound installments withoutb making any progress and kept on threatening to sign the belated agreement.

Company is not refunding my money and cancelling this allotment. It is progressing on construction front as well. Several reminders are having no effect.

Any forum who can take up investors concerns is most welcome and is requested to get in touch immediately.
