Illegal encroachment in colony

I bought this house due to good residential location but after 3 years my dreams shattered for . here devloper is supporting those residence who have encroached illegal area infront of there plots which is marked for public area or parking for cars but dlf own employees protecting those people who have encroached that particular area with permanent iron fencing with big gate in the name of green area .other residence park there cars on road so road which is actully in maps is big size become narrow lane. it is inconvient to everyone .when after 5-6 years these palnts become trees than in the name green environment one cannot remove.

nobody is listening in dlf management .so whom we should contact please guide
