DLink DSL2-G620BL
Outer faulty and dealer not supporting

I purchased a Dlink DSL2-G620L wireless router last year. the problem with router is that it doesnt pair with my laptop having windows vista operating system through lan neither through Wifi. i have paid Rs. 2, 500/- and odd for it.. but to my dissappointment not able to use it till today, neither i cud find some support for it through Dlink website. There are no Dlink service centres over here.

Pls Help. i would prefer a replacment for it. i m even ready to pay the different amount on it. and strongly feel that Dlink should improve their dealers and service centres...!!!
