I am having broadband connection on my phone 033 24621564, but since Nov I have not been able to use although I have been given username: jthakur1564, password: password, which is invalid. All complaints have the answer that we are new to broadband, we dont know what to do. My latest complaint no. is J1514. Please help me to use the broadband of BSNL.
