DNA Daily news paper Dist. & Irreponsible Zonal Incharge Mr. John Gilbert

I have subscribed to DNA daily news paper on 16-09 with subscription no. 043408 through stall put up at Big Bazzar, Old Madras Road, Bangalore. It was told by the rep. Mr. John Gilbert Zonal Incharge that the issue will start from 1st of October and their jurisdiction is within the pin code of 56&- series and since I stay at Bangarpet with PIN 563114, so I can subscribe.

On enquiring about the starting issues on 30-09, Mr. Gilbert informed me it will start from IInd week of October but it did not happen, on calling Mr. Gilbert 'N' number of times he is not answering my calls, in turn I sent an SMS mentioning that he has to call me if not I am forced to go to Consumer Court, and also gave a complaint thro e-mail to "dnaindia.com" to call me or reply me thro my email id, till date I have not received any call nor reply thro net, please answer me at the earliest.
