Hi All!

THIS COMPANY HAS NOT PROVIDED ME THE SERVICES I PAID FOR. I am partner of an Interior Decorator Firm 'Vibha Associates' based in Mumbai. I had entered into a Contract with DNA Infoline on 15th Jan 09 by paying Rs.11, 236/- to get trade/Customer enquiries from them. Their sales executive gave me impressive figures of the number of Interior Decorator Trade enquiries that they receive per month on their Infoline 26666666. He said I could opt for any no. of enquiries per day but advised to take 2 enquiries per day to enable better handling. For the first few days I received some 5 to 6 leads, thereafter they stopped. I complained to their Complaints Dept, It was so difficult to get through to them. Despite assurances i did not get any leads. Finally i visited their office in Raghuleela, Kandivali where I met their executive Ms. Rashmi Avadh who assured that she will look into the matter. But the problem still persisted. I have complained thrice and the complaint nos are 1304, 201 & 1306 but i know there is no sense in these numbers. Till date ie.31st Sept 09, I have received a pathetic 10 leads only. My last lead was in the month of July 09. I have made numerous calls to their complaints department.

The height of shamelessness is that this company is still advertising and marketing its services and that too for Interior Decorators. I would advise anyone interested in associating with the company to ponder over our case and then take a decision.
