Paper not received during Dec

Sir,

I wish to inform you that I am subscriber of your news paper and Order form No.023538 / 30.08.08,

after that I have got message from you on 19.12.08 and submitted Jan 09 Coupon on 20.12.08 to your vendor and he has started deliverying the news paper from the same date. To day i.e, 03.01.2009 he has asking for Dec coupon but my complaint is I have not received your news paper full month, It has to be produce on Dec Why he is asking for the Coupon? Please clarify this, If he is asking for Dec 08 then what about 20 Days Paper?

Please send the reply because I have suffered from Times of India in this regard they have not delivered properly.

Assurance from your Executive I was subscribed, and my request is this should not be II Times of India.
