Representative vanished with the booty

Hi All,

During July a guy with full uniform from DNA News Paper had come to vyasa bank colony, bannerghatta road, Bangalore and colleced Rs.300 towards yearly subscription for DNA News Paper from more than 50 houses stating that every one will start getting the said news paper from the month of Oct from our local news paper supplying agency on submitting the monthly brochures which he had given us.

When we contacted our news paper entrepreneur, he said that he is not aware of any updates on this matter from DNA news paper, now when we tried to contact the phone number given on the brochure, either the phone is out of reach or gives continuous engage tone.

So whom shall we compliant now on this matter, its pure looting in a daylight.
