I would like to introduce myself as a business man.i have availed HDFC credit card long back and which is unpiad in recent past.but it has its own good track record.bank people approached for payment and i responding them regarding my repayments.today i received a call from a collection agent phone, number is 91 9500432174 Mr. Suresh Kumar.he aske about my repayment due for my cards.i have also replied.suddenly he said if i couldnt repay, the HDFC BANK take your kidney as well as your family people's kidney.he threatened and used abused words to the core which is the most verbal crime in the world so for i can say.i replied if you & your bank have the gutts to do it! please go ahead.i also said i am living one among the top most democratic country and know how to repay the amount to bank as well i know how to complain against you in the court of law.

Please do the needful and guide us how to go further in this to get punishment for them
