Dear Sir,

I was about to receive my Form 16 from M/s Emcure Pharmaceuticals which was booked on 11th july at your pune office. it was reached Mysore on 14th of july and was not delivered to me. when i contacted your office in Mysore which is situated at Thyagaraja Road, your person (Name: Guruprasad) told me since I am not working for M/s Emcure now, he thought that docket is not useful for me and he has sent it back. WHO IS HE TO TAKE HIS OWN DECISSION ON THIS MATTER. YOU ARE PAID FOR IT AND YOUR PEOPLE MUST DELIVER THE DOCKET. IT IS NON OF YOUR OR YOUR PEOPLE BUSINESS IF I AM WORKING FOR THE SAME COMPANY OR NOT. i Have decided to take this issue to consumer court if i dont get my docket back. Hope you have a courtasy to reply me.
