Lost 1GP GPRS Data

I Lost 1Gp GPRS data, I recharged 65rs for 1gp data-1month on 4-6 through online and used internet banking (ICICI bank), but i used 100kbs only, i verified after 10 days. data A/c showing 0.i informed to DOCOMO customer care on 17-6 but they are not responding properly, please accept my obligation and help for return my GPRS data's.
