Doctor is not giving bill

Dear sir,

I am Ashok N Kadam, my was admited in the hospital of Dr. Sharad Patil. (Malegaon, Maharashtra) for treatment of tonsil. he has removed hi tonsils with operation. but now the doctor is not giving the bill for my Medical reimburesment. he is just ignoring to give the bill. My wife visited 2 to 3 times for bill. he told that I may have problem in Income tax after giving the bill to you.
