Good afternoon everybody,

I am a homoeopathic doctor. I have completed my B.H.M.S. from calcutta university in 2008. But after that I am very much depressed that our govt. does not have any provision for homoeopathic doctors in West Bengal for about last 10 years. Here political colors are so strong that it is quiet impossible to get a job even as Gram Panchayet Doctor. There is a ridiculous matter that a GRADUATE (BHMS) doctor & a DIPLOMA holder (DMS/DHMS) doctors having the same category registration. Is it possible in a civilized country??? But it is possible in West Bengal. So what is the value of our labour, study?

One thing to be remembered that our university has also cheated with us. Whenever we took admission in this course then from the prospectus we came to know that this BHMS course is for 5 years and 6 months but in reality it took 7 years to complete. Is not it a cheating? Who will pay for this delay?

Now it is shame to us that most of the BHMS doctors are trying for another job.
