Courier missing

Hi,

I am sent a courier for incme tax declaration to my advocate on 22nd and last date was 31st, and they have not delivered it till now. There tracking tool shows it is delivered however the recipient has not recieved it yet. When i call them they say that they are looking into the matter from last 3 days and now they even do not pick my phone. His name is Arun, he asked me to send an email to hubmgr.hhcggn@dtdc.com and assured me to revert back in 1hr and its now 3 days last date is also over and i have no update. They can also say sorry that your courier is lost and please send the second copy, i want the claim for late fee charged by my advocate and gvernment to be filled by DTDC and the problem i have incurred due to it wh will bear those charges. I need to take strict action if this mail will not work i then need to physically goto court and appeal against this. My contact no. is 9911711867
