Non availability of the office

Dear Sir,

I would like to lodge a complaint regards your vasco branch in tourist hostel GOA.

I was suppose to receive some important documents from mangalore, but you vasco branch calls me up and ask me to come down to you service branch and take the courier. my offcie is in the oppposite building of your service branch, the excuse given by your staff over there was that they could not trace my office, but they have delivered the other courier in the same premises.

Later i called up you main branch in Panjim and have spoken to Mr. Fernando, who in turn spoke to your service branch and have given me another excuse that my office was closed, I would like to confirm one thing from you that, In the fisrt case they could trace my office and later they are giving me an excuse that my office. Can you please tell me how is that possible.

Both your branches have spoken very harshly and rudely... giving me no other choice rather then putting an complaint over here.

hope you take this matter seriosuly and see that the customer and harrased for some silly excuse.

Hope you will look into this matter seriously...
