Disrespecting

Dear Sir,

I am making this complaint se cond time but so far you have not taken any step to rectify the issue, i feel you also have the same mentality like your staff, this time also i feel waste to send you this, but i need solution, if you do not take any other action i have to find alternate, i am from Trichirapalli, Tamil nadu, in contonment area MY office name is Mars overseas services the person who was collceting documents behaves in very rude manner, i made two three times the agency i think this person is not from your company, he is from you franchies. please look in to this otherwise i will take legal action
