Fees taken but admission not done

Im rachit from lucknow im a student doing b.com last year . 3 months ago i joined a institute in lucknow named as (DOEACC Society its a government undertaking institute) from where i joined PGDCA course (post graduation in diploma application)& paid rs 7500 fees to institute.

my problem is that the institute authorities & receptionist told me during my admission to PGDCA Course that u can do this course along with your graduation (B.com), But after 3 months the institute are telling that u cant do this course along with ur graduation (B.com) & u r not eligible for that. They have taken from me Rs 7500 & now they are not refunding my money nor giving me admission in PGDCA .pls help me to sort out my problem . as i belong to a very poor family, my father has collected this money very painfully so i need to refund my money from the institute.
