Taking Lakhs of money for the IT-Job and not giving any salaries to the employees from the past three months

Dolphane solutions is a company established 6 months back. It started its operations in Hyderabad by employing IT People freshers (B-Tech Passed out) by taking 1.2 - 2 Lakhs from each individual for job and promised to give a salary of Rs 10000/- per month as per the offer letter. And in the first 2 months it has recruited around 300 people by taking money. Starting from the second month it is not giving the salaries to the employees. It has refused to give the salaries to the employees. Whenever the people asks for their salaries he is just shouting on them. When the people try to talk with him he is just avoiding by switching of the phone. Every time he just escaping the employees.
