Ticket fare debited from account but transaction did not go through successfully

I was booking a bus ticket online (http://www.dolphinbusservice.com) through SBI net-banking and the fare i.e Rs. 400 was debited from my account but there was no confirmation of the same from Dolphin Bus Service. I repeated the process and yet another Rs. 400 was debited from my account and yet again it was not registered with the bus company. There is no information of whether a refund of the same has been registered. Please do the needful in this regard.
