Faulty billing

I have the following MTNL Delhi Dolphin Mobiles.

1. 9968699485

2. 9968689485

3. 9968679485. I have opted and paid for the itemised statements for all of the above.

The bills for the month of June were recently sent to me for the above phones. I find that itemised statements for all the above pnones show calls made and charged for the month of May. Further, even thogh the bills have been invoiced on 07.07.09, the calls shown in the statement are only upto 26.06.09. I fear that the same problem shall again get carried over in the next month as well.

Further, MTNL offers discount/incentive for making payments thru net-banking. I have done so for the past two months, but no incentive has been indicated in my last bills. I made several verbal and written complaints to MTNL for the above, but to no avail.

Could you please help?
