Ref.: Complaint no.-18153 Dated-28/03/09 at zonal office MCD, for illegal

Construction.

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to our complaint no.-18153 as sighted above, I have to inform

You that illegal construction of additional one room set is going on at

BF/5, D.D.A. flats munirka new delhi-67.We have already complaint to the SHO Vasant vihar on 25th march but no action has been taken yet.

1. This construction, besides a great danger to the building structure,

Is posing great security and theft risk giving an easy approach for

Theft at our house-BF/5B at first floor.

2. This construction is causing great nuisance throughout day and night

For our family especially my ailing mother aged 77 years who is a heart

Patient. She is not able to sleep for the last one week.

3. My daughter is going through final exams of 10th CBSE class. She is not able to study for her exams due to tension caused by continuous hammering noises.

In view of the above circumstances I request you to take an immediate urgent action to stop/demolish this illegal construction before it is completed.
