Domestic connection
No power for over 48 hrs

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

This is to inform you that there has been no power supply for over 48hrs in my premises starting from 5pm on monday. Adding to the woes, i have a severe heart patient in my house who is suffering the worst, your call centre is giving false information and there have been no attention given to us despite of my repeated complains, it seems that no one is even bothered about the problem, i hope you will understand my problem and ask someone to attend to it immedietly.
