Non receipt of filled bottle even after one month

Dear Sir,

I have one domestic gas connection with a consumer connection No. 16589 with M/s. Fortune Indane Services, at Neendor, Ernakulam dist, Kerala. I have booked refilling of empty bottle on 16th March. But unfortunately till date I have not received the filled bottle as on today (20th April). When I enquired with the agency, they are just cutting the phone even without hearing from our end.

When I talk the same with some of my friends, they have also the same expereance.

You are requested to please advise the agency to deliver the filled cylinder maximum within 2 weeks time. Also advise them to behave with the customer in a proper manner.
