DELAY IN DELIVERY OF GAS CYL

Iam a consumer of HP gas LPG with consumer number 702255 and the dealers name & tel no is OM GAS SERVICE, MISHION COMPLEX, SAKRI ROAD, DHULE & PH NO IS 02562-276355.I had booked the gas on 12/09/08 on the general booking number 1099 . I have yet to receive the delivery.

I am not ben able to contact the gas agency on the phone. I HAVE VISITED THE DEALER SHOP, BUT HE IS SAYING TO COLLECT THE CYL FROM GODOWN AFTER ONE MONTH AND 7 DAYS ALSO. We have to struggle in contacting the agency. THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE. It may pleas be reviwed and reasons may please be ascertained. Corrrective measues may please be taken to adress the grivances.
