Domestic Gas Cylinder from Bhart Gas deleivered through Virat Enterprise
Found only 5 kg gas instead of 14.2 Kg gas in cylinde

I have received a gas cylinder Bill No.-6056, dated 23-01 from virat enterprise, Pusta road bhajanpura, delhi.

After deleviery of gas when I weight the cylinder I found 5 KG gas available in it. Even seal of cylinder is not broken. I complaint about it to the Virat gas agency, but they replied that they can not help in this matter and told me to complain higher authority.

Please do needfull in this matter so that I get my gas cylinder replaced with fully filled gas cylinder.
