Miserable customer service and quality

Hi,
My name is Prakash. I ordered for a pizza in dominos on 31/5/09 at around 7.30pm. I got my pizza delivered at around 8.15PM. After consuming the pizza, I was not satisfied with the quality of pizza and called up the customer service by 08:30 p.m to ask for re-funding the amount i have spent. The guy replied back telling that he would send us back new set of pizzas. But i was sure that i'am not gonna take another set of these poor quality pizzas, so i demanded for re-fund. He told me that he would send his executive back to collect the pizzas and re-fund the amount. I started waiting from 08:30p.m until 10:45 p.m waiting for the guy. In between i would have called nearly a 50 times to their branch office and their head office. The kinda response i received was pathetic to the max. Heights was that the head-office guy gave me an alternate number to reach the branch office after i reported that the number was continuously engaged or someone puts on hold or worst they don't attend at all. I even tried with the alternate dominos number but they ended up saying it was a wrong number. But I very well knew it was a legitimate number and dominos ppl are just fooling around us.
