Non delivery of pizza and cheating

We placed an order on 28-nov around 8pm for 2 pizzas (farmhouse and country special) which amounted to around Rs280.We were said that pizza will be delivered within 30 mins. but it was not delivered even after 3 hours. This happened to us 2-3 times before also, but we ignored and paid for it even though it was supposed to be free.

We made some 6 calls within this period and everytime we were promised that it will be delivered in 15 mins.but it never came.

we are students and stay in rented flat and we had no access to any hotel or restraunts as it was already 11pm and all hotels were closed so that day we had to sleep without any food .. we are very frustrated because of this incident and we want some action to be taken against them as this is not the first time that we sufferred and they keep doing this again and again...

details of the order are: order no. 147 dated 28/11... and the person we had spoken to all this time was mr. aniket and according to him name of the delivery boy was naveen.
