Sold Fault Domo slate X3d - Fraud Company

I'm unknowingly purchased the utter waste Domo slate X3d device on 3rd April from HomeShop18.com. The device has 6 months guarantee. I used the product only for 17-18 days with very fair usage. Suddenly the power button was stopped working. I called the support team, they asked to raise a ticket and the device was collected through a courier on 23rd April. The support team promised me within one week, we'll fix the issue and dispatch it. But they didn't dispatch till no (22-05). I called them several times they were repeatedly saying, product is under process. I was fed up with service and i asked them to return the device. They were not at all replying properly. Please help me to get my device back.
