Don't use DoneCard

I bought a cash card from DoneCard for Rs. 500/-. In the DoneCard site, lot of products are there like booking train tickets, Mobile recharge, etc. I did TOPUP for my mobile no for 3 times using DoneCard but its not reflected in my mobile account. But the amount is getting reduced perfectly. I mailed them regarding this issue to credit my amount back, but their response is not clear. Still am waiting for their response. My advice is please don't go for this type of cash card.
