After clear my loan amount-EMI not finish deducting from my bank account

Dear Sir,

I taken a loan from Sainikpuri Citifinancial Branch. As per my calculations the EMI period is over and loan amount was toal cleared. But still same amount of Rs.1440/- EMI amount deduct from my Axis Bank account in every month. I given a complaint regarding this 3 times. But so far they did.nt answer my complaints. Now I am in Abroad. I cannot meet them Personallly. Please give me the solution.
