No proper response, irresponsibility

The above gas agency does not attend customer calls at any given time. It takes one full day of dialing for them to attend a call. Even the bookings made over internet are not attended upto 7 to 10 days. A totally callous and irresponsible behaviour with complete insensitivity towards customers. Even if u visit their agency, the response is totally disgusting.
