HSBC Credit Card Complaints - Anuual Fee fraud

Respacted Sir,

It may be noted that HSBC Credit Card sales execute... forcefully convinces us that the card is a free life time card, as the company i am working for has an Corporate tie up...

I was holding a HSBC Card No. XXXX

It may be noted that At the time of issuing me the Card, HSBC agent promised me that, it is a life time free card and also told me that the add on card will also be a free card. If annual fee will appear, please call to Customer Care, they will reverse it.

In addition, my both the card was in active

I have not seen my single statement even after for one year.

I have to explain my position every time to different executives as they have no coordination amongst them and that is harassment in itself.

So land up taking a Credit Card... till now i have never made any transaction using this card... neither i received any statements so far...

It seems that after giving telephonic instruction at HSBC Ahmadabad Customer care division about cancellation of my credit card, which was not herd by them and surprised to know that she replied that in my name HSBC credit card not issued.

i got a message in my mobile that i need to pay some amount to HSBC bank. How this can happen without using. Now all of sudden your SMS as well as mail is that the outstanding balance as on date is INR> 1158.15 towards my card account

the kind of treatment meted out to me has been shocking and very very demeaning in spite of the fact that it was your Bank which was at fault in the first place.
