Rs. 10000/- bond not returned

Dear Sir / Madam,

With reference to the above subject, I, Mr. Pronoy Chakraborty, had applied for a job opening in Doshion and had been confirmed about the job and was told to deposit Rs. 10000/- as security deposit and only after that I would be getting my confirmation letter. I had already given them a draft of Rs. 10000/- in 4th January transferred from my ICICI Bank Account. But even after joining them for training I was neither given any receipt or any Confirmation Letter for joining services. I was disappointed and left the company. I have repeatedly called them to return the Rs. 10000/- bond submitted by me but till date they have not given me the same and now they do not even pick up my call and even when I go personaly to meet them they are not giving me permission to enter the company.

Please help as this is a matter of Rs. 10000/- which is a very big amount for me.
