Ineffcient service by State Bank of India

Sir,

I find services of State Bank of India very much ineffcient and wanting. One has to que up for hours in the branches for any sercvice/transaction. The ATM's are mostly faulty. The SBI ATM at Pushapa Bhawan, Madangir Road, New Delhi-62 is not working for lasrt 3 days i.e since 25.05.2009. Elsewhere also I find ATM's frequenctl faulty. One of my office collegue told me that there is no action on complaints. Is there any soluction to it.
