Non Recipt of 60% pension arear against ac. no. 10274526231 of SBI Bahadurgarh Haryana

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am an DOT (Depptt. of Telecommunications) prorata pension optee. In this regard it is stated that 60% of my pension arrear which was due to me has not been credited in to my S/B A/C NO: 10274526231 of SBI BAHADURGARH BRANCH, till date. I have made several personal visits to SBI, Bahadurgarh branch as well as several written and telephonic requests but till date no action has been taken by your bank. I am in urgent need of money being a pensioner, and the delay is causing lot of hardships to me. It would be very kind of you if you please look in to the matter personally and arrange for speedy credit of my pension arrear in to my account under intimation to me at the address mentioned below.

I would also like to bring to your notice that i have also lodged a complaint on the SBI website and the complaint ticket No: CC-1258538799388 .
