Not geting free from Dosti

I am suffering still now by BSNL DOSTI plan, I have send SMS for Dosti 53733 (DOSTI 9432427903 03324424450), but still now I am not get free from 9432427902 to 9432427903. Customer care not reply this problems. Please solve my problem as soon as possible
