Glass heater problem

My friend Mr. Abhimanyu Nayak residing at Qr. No, 13-L4, Jamuna Road Tinplate, Golmuri P.O., Jamshedpur 831003 Mobile No. 9334646154 had a problem with his refrigerator and on complaint technician came and reported problem with glass heater, and promised to set right the problem. He made repeated visits but did not do anything worthwile. On 12-07 he was asking for repair charges as Rs.800/- and on 14-07 enhanced the repair charge to Rs.1000/- and on his last visit your serviceman mentioned about Rs.1500/- as the possible repair charge. Though he is prepaired to pay the genuine charges that may be levied, his refrigerator has not been attended to by your service man till date.

This is causing him tremendous problem as he has some costly medicines for his family which have to be kept refrigerated and he is depended on his neighbours for the same. Please send some responsible serviceman and arrange to repair his refrigerator on a most urgent basis.
