The undersigned have purchased a Deo (Dove product) from Reliance Mart (Mangalam Building), Sangam Harni Road, Vadodara a fortnight ago, I am regular customer of Reliance frsh as well using dove products, I found that the dove which i bought had a differnt smell and was very olf, so I went to the customer care centre after teo days of purchasing and requested to change me the same, but some how I lost my bill, but i produced the transaction voucher of swaping my credit card, which indicated that i have shopped two days ago for more than Rs. 800/-, but i was not entertained and refused to cooprate, though i had a valid document with him, I left the shop even giving back the dove also.

Would request if the same is taken up to the concerned and asked to justify me, My cell No. 9426308517.
