Change of address

My client Id is ANILSARA, i have atrading and demat account with the company . since opening of an account, i never recd any holding / transaction stmt or ledger account from the company.

I had filed a request at Sector - 18, Noida branch for change of address on 20.05.2009 with all documents, but it was rejected for unknown reasons . no written communication recd so far. Brach officials were unable to explain the reasons, denied to provide any written reply . but insisting to resubmit the same.

fresh request submitted on 28.05. but to my utmost surprise " incomplete address was updated in the a/c.

this is very frustating and harrasing.

there is no customer care in the company . my experiace with this company is very bad . how these companies are getting licence to do the business - is really a question mark on the entire system?
