Not getting the births in train from hydrabad to Nagpur today on 6th may 09 in Daxin Express to my relatives

Dear sir,

my Relatives have gone to Hydrabad to LVK Prasad Eye hospital for treatement to his son. He has booked 6 tickets in 2nd AC in Southern Express from Hyrdabad to Nagpur. Journey date is 6th May. The scheduled departure of the train was 10.30 PM. In between 8 to 8.15 PM at Nagpur i checked there PNR status on internate. It was shown all his tickets were confirm and alloted Birth Numbers 25, 26, 27, 28 37and 39 In Coach A-1. His PNR number was 124-1639001. Accordingly i conveyed them there Seat numbers. As the train arrived on plateform To there surprise there was no A-1 Coach in train. The TC contacted could not anwser and in his chart only one birth was alloted to him in A-2 Coach No. 45.

When this complaint is been recorder they have all boarded the train without confirm seats as it was very necessacery for them to come back.

kindly make a detail inquiry and let me know how there can be a train with bogie number starting from

A-2? Where is Boogie number A-1. How on internate seats were shown as confirm? Who is responsible for the inconvenince.

definately we are going to take up the issue further high up in time to come and will not keep quite till the Guilty are punished. Looking forward for communication from railways side
