This is to bring to your kind knowledge that we are one of your valid customers of Broadband internet connection and our telephone no. is 25074389. We are not getting internet connectivity for the last two week. We have registered numerous complaints (complaint nos. 41601015 dated 17th Dec. 7984 dated 19th Dec.2008 and 6801 dated 23rd Dec. 2008) with MTNL (in 1504) and no one has turned up to attend the complaint.

Each and every time your call centre executive issues new complaint no and promises that our complaint will be attended on urgent basis.

We request your intervention to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
