Poor Customer service and issuing of wrong power lenses

I visited Dr. Agarwal Eye Hospital on Sep 5th, i did all of my eye testing and it seems my lens power got changed, i went to there optical and ordered new frame with corrective power, after one week they given me the new glasses, but i am shock to see that the power which they put on the lens is changed and i could not able to read letters clearly with new frame, i raised this complaint to them and they sent to me Doctor to retest and this time Doctor told me like the power somewhat got changed last time, i was shocked to hear from this from repuated Eye Hospital. Once again i handed over the new frame to them and put proper lens with corrective power and finally i got the glassed by 21st sep. I have waited nearly more than 20 days to get a glasse from Agarwal Eye Hospital. To me frank i was really upset. It's better i could have checked my power with any local opticals. Concern people need to look into it.
