Hyderabad vide invoice dated SWAN19-03 against our purchase order 26-02. From the very first day the Instrument is giving problem. neither the pump nor the battery is not working properly i.e. pump is not working in the actual dusty environment and battery is showing only one or two mars after a charging of even 48 hour. Then i complaints many times to the concerned persons then after a few months an Engineer came from M/S Environmental Pvt Ltd. and took the instrument along worth him and said that they will report back within a week. After that nobody replied, then after 15 days i called up the concerned persons said that they are in touch with the manufacturer, subsequently I again called on 23-7 but he do not attended our call.
