Cancellation of policy

Through Bajaj Capital Ltd Agent Ms. Laxmi Code No.001160

I purchased a policy from your via Bajaj Capital limited through their agent Ms. Laxmi on 25/08 for which I provided the ecs facility from Bank of Maharashtra. Unfortunately this ecs got cancelled because of some bank issues of core banking since the account was in the name of my daughter who is minor & I am the co-signer for her. Bank cancelled my name as the account holder hence the ecs facility got cancelled. I inform about this to my agent who opened the policy for me since last year I followed her for 3-4 times but she just told me that she has informed you & as soon as she get the answer she will inform me. Now last week when I contacted her she said I have to pay 21, 000/- in a month otherwise I will loose the money which I paid. I also send you the letter some days before to allow me to pay the lapse money in installment so that I can continue my policy but I also did not get any reply from you.

Now being the only earning member of the family & a single mother I cannot afford to pay the amount at a time so I request you cancel my policy & return my money at the earliest.

I hope you will understand my problem & reply at the earliest to me.
