REMOVAL OF GOODS FROM PARCEL

I, Samrendra Kumar sent a registered parcel to my son Mayank Kumar from Jhansi G.P.O on 10.10.08.The said parcel has been delivered to my son at Manipal on 17-10-08.It is very much regretted that said parcel was opened by postal autorities and INSIDE BELONGINGS WERE CHANGED AND LATER ON IT WAS PACKED AGAIN.Such kind of action is not appreciated from Govt Dept. It is requested that matter may be got investigated and belongings may be handed over to my son at the earliest.

THIS MAY BE TREATED AS VERY SERIOUS AND MOST URGENT.
